Thriving Partner Ecosystem
Scale Computing is actively broadening its global partner and distributor network, fostering enduring relationships with leading distributors, local integrators, and technology allies. Notable partnerships include distributors like Climb Channel Solutions, Portland Distribution Benelux B.V., ITWay, CMS, ADN, and Pedab; integrators such as MBX and Simply NUC, and technology alliances with Lenovo, Acronis International Gmbh, and Avassa, among many others.
“Scale Computing is the leader in delivering high performing, highly available, and highly reliable IT infrastructure solutions. SC//Platform is unique in that it provides expandable, fault-tolerant architecture, automated intelligence for self-healing, and remote management with cloud-like orchestration, creating the most highly available environment for edge computing,” said Jonny Smith, Chief Executive Officer at Simply NUC. “Today’s business leaders need efficient application deployment and management, which SC//Platform on Intel® NUC and other small form factor devices delivers — with high performance, in a smaller, easier to manage solution. We’re excited to partner with Scale Computing in EMEA and North America to take Simply NUC’s offerings to a new level for distributed enterprise and edge computing.”
Scale Computing recently announced that SC//Platform has achieved qualification on Simply NUC’s Topaz device, becoming an integral component of the HE100 series. SC//Platform can now be obtained directly from Simply NUC's website as a pre-integrated enterprise solution.
Award Winning Technology
The award-winning Scale Computing Platform (SC//Platform) is emerging as the infrastructure solution of choice, eliminating complexity, lowering costs, reducing management time and maximizing uptime, delivering faster time to value than competing solutions and enabling organizations to run applications in a unified environment that scales from 1 to 50,000 clusters.
Scale Computing has consistently garnered recognition from CRN, a division of The Channel Company. This year, the company secured victory for the fifth consecutive time in the Converged/Hyperconverged Infrastructure and Multicloud Software Platforms categories of the 2023 CRN Annual Report Card Awards. Notably, CEO and co-founder Jeff Ready, along with VP of International Sales and Global Channel Chief Scott Mann, earned spots on CRN's 2023 Top 100 Executives list. The company's Scale Computing Fleet Manager received the 2023 Tech Innovator Award in the 'Edge Computing/Internet of Things' category. Furthermore, VP of Marketing Marlena Fernandez achieved a spot on CRN's Women of the Channel Power 100 List for the second year running.
Setting the Standard for IT Infrastructure
Scale Computing's SC//Platform is a powerful, all-in-one platform uniquely designed for running applications at the edge. Lightweight software is packaged for uncontrolled, non-IT environments and managed centrally, making it easy to run applications anywhere they are needed, while also reducing workloads for IT teams. Using patented HyperCore™ technology, the self-healing platform identifies, reduces, and corrects problems in real time. Users achieve results quickly and easily, even when local IT resources are scarce. SC//HyperCore makes ensuring application uptime simple for IT to manage and more affordable for customers.
The company continues to innovate and deliver new features. Now available as part of SC//Platform is Scale Computing Fleet Manager with zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) and Secure Link features. ZTP provides cloud-like simplicity for administrators, allowing them to centrally configure clusters in SC//Fleet Manager prior to nodes arriving on-premises, decreasing the installation time by 90% or more. Secure Link enables cloud-like simplicity for administrators, allowing them to access the HyperCore UI for in-depth cluster management with the click of a button without needing expensive or complex remote access solutions. Edge deployments are just a click away on any browser, on any device, anywhere.
"Scale Computing is quickly gaining momentum in EMEA," said George van Brugge, founder and owner, Portland Distribution Benelux B.V. "The concept of edge computing, virtualization and hyperconverged solutions is gaining more recognition and adoption, and it truly appeals to customers who prioritize secure, flexible and reliable infrastructure technology. The fact that the company is continuing to grow its footprint in this region is great news, as it means we can collaborate more effectively with both our existing customers, and new ones who are interested in implementing Scale Computing's solutions."
