Sometimes two things that are good separately are even better together. All of the best parts of our Scale Computing Customer Portal and our Scale Legion Forum Community have been combined into our new Scale Community User Community and we hope you love it as much as we do.
If you are a Scale Computing customer, you now have one destination to access all of your ScaleCare support information including our Knowledge Base, as well as access to all of our user forums to find and share information with other users. If you are not yet a customer, you can feel free to browse our ‘Ask About Scale Computing Solutions’ or you can register as a guest and ask your own questions there.
The new User Community includes an improved user interface and experience, forum discussion groups, and all customer account information including assets, serial and software numbers, cases, fulfillments, entitlements, and more. The User Community also includes improved Professional Services scheduling, an upgraded and improved Knowledge library, and live chat assistance. All customer account information, forum discussions, and Knowledge articles are wrapped in a federated search to make your experience as seamless as possible.
The new Scale Computing User Community is the perfect place to share your questions and ideas and get answers and feedback both from Scale Computing experts and the other technology enthusiasts and experts that use HC3 solutions. There is a wealth of knowledge across our community just waiting to be unleashed!
